Hi! I’m Jade, a Sr. Photo Retoucher based in Los Angeles, California.
With 12 years of experience, I’ve acquired a wide range of skills in retouching and post-production. I work primarily as a freelancer through my company, TREBOSIA LLC, where I excel in retouching, editing, compositing, and color correction for both digital and print media.
In addition to my freelance work, my experience as a contractor and full-time employee extends to enhancing post-production and creative operations by introducing new processes, documentation, automation, and scripts. I also focus on improving file structure, taxonomy, and metadata, which results in optimized workflows and well-organized photo libraries in DAM and NAS servers.
I leverage my visual skills and keen attention to detail through collaboration with photographers, art directors, digi-techs, and producers, providing technical and color expertise during photoshoots to seamlessly integrate creative vision with retouching requirements. I have experience in assisting cross-functional teams, educating and leading team members, sourcing and managing freelancers, addressing photo-related inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery.
With a BFA in Graphic Design, I have a deep understanding of final deliverables. I contribute with mockups, layouts, and AI tools, shortening delivery times and efficiently solving problems for creative partners.
As a color expert adept in RGB and CMYK methods, I ensure visual consistency through tasks such as color matching, color profiles and conversions, raw processing, proofing, and proficiency in all aspects of digital image quality and output.
